do it at night so that your light is only from the lamp also put the lamp so that it spreads light out evenly over the field

Well, could you be a bit more specific? What about the quality is terrible, is it too dark, is there a color wash?

My first recommendation would be to simply make it brighter, as most cameras react in accordance to how much light is reaching the lens. Thus, when it's darker on set, the camera artificially brightens the shot causing increased grittyness and all sorts of ugly discoloration.

Adding a bit more white to a shot (a piece of paper for example) allows for more light to be reflected into the camera lens itself, creating a similar effect to just brightening the set.

I think it's about the focus of the camera.

What kind of camera do you use anyway?

So take a look at the settings and try to adjust the focus.

Being that you're using a standard point and shoot camera, it's doubtful that it will have a setting for manual focus adjustment. Still try and see if you an find one, or at least see if it has a setting for close ups.

If you camera doesn't have either of these settings, it's probable that you'd be better off just getting a different one.

Which web cam is it? Most web cams actually have a manual focus dial around the lens.

I know most digital cameras have a macro option which is needed to make close-up pictures.
With a bit of research I found out that your camera has it too.

As for webcams I don't really know much about them.

if you can't figure out how to change the manual focus on your camera you can usually find the instruction manual on the internet to figure it out.

as for how the 1st pictures and 2 pictures colors were different you may have to manually adjust the exposure so it constantly stays the same when you animate.

I looked up an instructions booklet of your camera (the samsung) There appears to be a button with a flower on it (usuallly all macro buttons have a flower on it)
Pressing that button will enable the macro, and if I'm correct there are a few modes for macro like automatic macro or something, I don't know the details about it, experiment with it and find out!
This is as far as I can help you with it.

Anyway I can't wait to see the results from the other camera!
